Every month I receive an item, or items, that help our world last just a little longer. This month, I chose my item to help make lunch time for the Big Guy a little easier.
He recently started working at a new job and went from an 8 hour shift to a 12 hour shift. Because of that, I started sending him to work with a lunch box. Whether he ate it or not, I felt better knowing he had something just in case he wanted it or needed it.

I am so proud of myself. I have been wanting to do these shirts for the past couple of years, but time always seemed to get the best of me. Then, before I could blink, Father's day had passed.
This year, I made them early. Because I know if I didn't that time would get the best of me again.

See ya soon!I have showed you the fabric I ordered, now I will show you what I am going to use it for.
In this video, I used my surger to sew these new paper towels. If you don't have one, these can still be sewn on a regular sewing machine. That was how I made the original ones. Put right sides together and sew around all the sides, making sure to leave a section open to turn them. Turn them so the right sides are out and then top stich around all the sides again, making sure to catch that section that was left open.

I think this is becoming a habit with MJ and her face rubbing issues.
I am sure this is how she is expressing her appreciation for me, however, I still feel like she is secretly wanting to have me as a snack. Maybe she figures that I am fluffy and would feed her for days. Who knows! But it sure is funny to watch.

Kittens grow fast. It seems like in a blink of an eye, they go from being kittens to full grown cats. They are so snuggly and loveable things.

Our cats each have their own personality. MJ is no different. I am not sure why she does it, but her behavior does make me giggle.

I don't know about other families, but it seems like this is a constant thing in our home. Luckily, I can quickly change them out when I need to now. It used to be that I just threw them out, then I was upset with myself and the kiddo because it was such a waste of money.
