Like the scenery here in Tennessee, the storms are pretty too. Sometimes, they are just a little crazy.

When you arrive in Lynchburg, it feels like you stepped back into time. The square consists of many little shops in restored buildings. We took a little walking tour of the square, visiting each of the little shops to see what they had. I took pictures of items that caught my eye.
I didn't record while I was there, simply to protect the privacy of any other shoppers and the shop workers.
Lynchburg is also the home of the Jack Daniels Distillery. We didn't take a tour of the distillery on this trip, but we are planning another trip to visit that.

Today is Skye's first day at school. It's a new year and hopefully a better one then previous ones because of the changes made during Covid. Today is a clean start and a new school year.

The master closet has been driving me crazy.
I took some shots before and after. I went through all the items in the closet, turning the big guys bed side table to give us a little more room on that side of the room.

I had a doctors appointment this day and had Skye with me. When we were leaving the parking lot, we spotted an Amish buggy pulling away.
I am fascinated with Amish life, though I have never spoken to an Amish person myself. It is not something I would typically run into.
