I might as well just break the news here. My daughter is pregnant. She is due the end of March. One of the issues she is having right now in her pregnancy is leaking from starting to make breast milk.
A reusable solution is to make cloth nursing pads. That's what I am making in this video. You will need some kind of cotton fabric, a fabric that soaks up liquids well (I used diaper fabric from Walmart), and a water proof material (also called PUL).
There are many pattern options available so find fabric that you enjoy and make a set with me. I got the original pattern here.
